atlantis steampunk short

Happened upon this video (Italian, if I read the introduction correctly), which labels itself as a Steampunk video. I’m afraid I’m not quite sure how to place it – it does certainly have some Steampunk influences (e.g. the submersible, the odd robots, ect…), but I’m still wondering if the main personage is a child, or just a very short fellow.  Nonetheless, I’ll let those inquisitive enough to run it form their own opinions – do enjoy!
